About the Committee

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at Gonard Educational Institute is constituted as per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013, and relevant UGC guidelines. The ICC is empowered to receive and resolve complaints related to workplace harassment.

The committee ensures a safe working environment and addresses complaints with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Complaint Process

Any aggrieved person may file a complaint with the ICC in writing within three months from the date of the incident. The committee ensures that all proceedings are carried out with strict confidentiality.
