Fee Refund Policy
The fee refund policy of Gonard Educational Institute is in accordance with the UGC guidelines and the directives of Maa Pateshwari University, Balrampur.
Refund Rules
- If a student withdraws before the start of the academic session, 100% of the tuition fee (after deducting registration fee) will be refunded.
- If withdrawal is within 15 days of the start of classes, 80% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
- If withdrawal is within 30 days of the start of classes, 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
- No refund will be provided after 30 days from the start of the academic session.
- Caution deposit, library fee, and other deposits will be refunded at the time of leaving the institution.
Important Note
For refund requests, students must submit a written application to the Principal's office along with the original fee receipt.
